Ingredients

1 Can Coconut Milk
3 eggs
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Vanilla (You could add a little bit less if you like)
1 Whole Package of Bread (I used Italian)
2 Small Boxes of Raisins
1 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter (optional)


Directions
  1. First, grease a 9X9 baking pan with unsalted butter.
  2. Tear apart the bread into small pieces and set aside.
  3. Get a large bowl and mix the coconut milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and raisins with a whisk.
  4. Put the bread in and mix it with your hands.
  5. You can now add the butter, but it's optional. Mix it well and pour it into the pan.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes.
  8. Serve warm. This will make about 16 pieces.
