            <title>Bread Pudding</title>

            <description>&lt;b&gt;Ingredients&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;1 Can Coconut Milk&lt;br&gt;3 eggs&lt;br&gt;1/2 Cup Sugar&lt;br&gt;1 Tbsp Cinnamon&lt;br&gt;1 Tbsp Vanilla (You could add a little bit less if you like)&lt;br&gt;1 Whole Package of Bread (I used Italian)&lt;br&gt;2 Small Boxes of Raisins&lt;br&gt;1 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter (optional)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;Directions&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;First, grease a 9X9 baking pan with unsalted butter.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tear apart the bread into small pieces and set aside.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Get a large bowl and mix the coconut milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and raisins with a whisk.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Put the bread in and mix it with your hands. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;You can now add the butter, but it's optional. Mix it well and pour it into the pan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bake for 40 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Serve warm. This will make about 16 pieces.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;</description>
